Community invited to open house event August 13 as PathPoint Health and Ascension Saint Thomas expand integrated metabolic healthcare in Montgomery County
CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. — July 21, 2026 — PathPoint Health, metabolic health practice, will celebrate the official ribbon cutting of its Clarksville clinic on Thursday, August 13, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at 2292 Dalton Drive, Suite A. Community members, local leaders, clinicians and families are invited to attend, tour the clinic, meet the care team and learn more about PathPoint Health’s weight management and metabolic health program.
PathPoint Health – Clarksville is the third Middle Tennessee location opened through PathPoint Health’s joint venture with Ascension Saint Thomas, following clinics in Nashville and Murfreesboro. The partnership is focused on expanding access to evidence-based care for individuals managing metabolic conditions, including diabetes, obesity and related chronic diseases.

The ribbon cutting comes as Ascension Saint Thomas deepens its investment in Montgomery County. In June, the health system broke ground on a $148.5 million full-service hospital anchoring a 96-acre health campus near Highway 76 and Interstate 24 — the first full-service Ascension Saint Thomas hospital in the Clarksville area. PathPoint Health – Clarksville strengthens that growing network of coordinated care available to area residents today, ahead of the hospital’s opening.
