  • Scheduling context (e.g., referral status, appointment request, missed/cancelled visit)
  • Message metadata (timestamps, delivery status) and message content limited to scheduling/care coordination

We use SMS solely to coordinate your care—scheduling, rescheduling, and related logistics. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotions.

We handle SMS communications in accordance with HIPAA privacy and security requirements, and we limit message content to operational/scheduling details.
