Founder & CEO
Grant is passionate about driving growth and impact. Most recently, Grant led the strategy and growth of a multi-health system as the Chief Development Officer for the TriStar Division of HCA Healthcare.
Susan Brown
Co-Founder & VP of Clinical Operations
As an RN, Susan is passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being. She most recently served as the Corporate AVP for Bariatric and Weight Management Services at HCA Healthcare.
Sterling Wardwell
CFO
Sterling serves as Chief Financial Officer, where he leads financial strategy and growth initiatives. He most recently served as VP of M&A and Strategic Finance at OneOncology, and previously held roles at Flatiron and Huron Healthcare.
Amanda Joseph
CHIEF OF STAFF
Amanda specializes in business strategy and platform growth. Most recently, she drove the expansion of HCA Healthcare’s Urgent Care Service Line through acquisition and development of new clinics across the country.
Deseree “Dez” Prentice, DO
Medical director
Dr. Prentice comes to us from Ascension Saint Thomas and is double board certified in family medicine and obesity medicine. As medical director, she leads clinical program development and outcomes measurement.
