We are currently hiring advanced practice providers and registered dietitians.
Advanced Practice Provider
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based obesity and metabolic care as part of our multidisciplinary team. You’ll diagnose and manage obesity as a chronic disease, including GLP-1 and other weight-management medications.
– Assess, diagnose, and manage obesity and metabolic conditions
– Prescribe, titrate, and monitor weight-management meds
– Order and interpret labs and metabolic measures
– Counsel patients using motivational interviewing
– Collaborate with the care team and document in Athena (EMR)
– NP or PA degree from an accredited program
– Active, unrestricted APRN/PA license + DEA
– Board certified (FNP, AGPCNP, or NCCPA)
– 2–3+ yrs outpatient experience, including hybrid (Telehealth + in-person)
– Comfortable with EMR and Telehealth platforms
– 1+ yr in weight management, bariatrics, endocrinology, or metabolic health
– CSOWM or SCOPE credential
– Athena EMR experience
Registered Dietitian
Be the nutrition cornerstone of our obesity medicine program. You’ll provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and personalized plans—1:1 and in small groups, in person and via Telehealth—alongside our medical team.
– Conduct nutrition assessments and build personalized meal plans
– Deliver medical nutrition therapy for medical/surgical weight loss
– Align nutrition goals with providers’ care plans
– Lead 1:1 and small-group education sessions
– Document in Athena and create patient education materials
– Bachelor’s in Nutrition/Dietetics (or CDR-equivalent experience)
– Active RD/RDN credential + state licensure
– 2+ yrs in weight management, bariatrics, or diabetes care
– Hybrid (Telehealth + in-person) experience
– Comfortable with EMR and Telehealth platforms
– CSOWM or CDCES certification
– Athena EMR experience
