Dr. Cain is double board certified in both Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. For 10+ years, she’s dedicated her career to weight management and has developed successful bariatric surgery, obesity medicine and employee wellness programs.

As an RN, Susan is passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being. She most recently served as the Corporate AVP for Bariatric and Weight Management Services at HCA Healthcare.
Amanda Joseph
Chief of staff
Amanda specializes in business strategy and platform growth. Most recently, she drove the expansion of HCA Healthcare’s Urgent Care Service Line through acquisition and development of new clinics across the country.
