At age 19, our founder, Benjamin, was diagnosed with cancer. The stressful moments were not only the life-altering experiences but the consistent confusion of simply navigating the hospital’s corridors. As a patient, he felt unseen, unimportant, and like just another number because he was regularly late to his appointments – simply because he felt lost in the hospital.
Pathpoint exists because People Matter – the confused, stressed patient, the worried loved one, and the transport employee. We provide an experience to maximize their positive outlook, better their attitudes, and increase holistic patient care through seamless navigation and effective wayfinding.
No More Lost Patients – in mind, body, and soul. We are on a mission to give every vulnerable hospital patient in the US a sense of human-ness, belonging, and significance.
In our mind’s eye, we see a bright future. A future where people are better connected to another during the difficult times in life; one in which people take responsibility and control for their own health; the future where hospitals are equipped to walk alongside their patients and visitors through every step of the healthcare experience.
